REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

For returning students, registration documents will be mailed to the home of record during the summer.

Anyone needing to register AFTER registration dates should visit their child's school IMMEDIATELY between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2012.

Parents will need to provide proof of residency for students new to the district or who have moved since last school year. Additionally, a birth certificate, social security number, and health record is required for students new to the district.

All Kids/Medical Card should be presented if applicable.

Kindergarten, sixth grade, and students participating in athletics must have appropriate immunizations and a physical. Physicals will be available on-site in the Primary Center Nurse's Office during registration ($15 or Free with All Kids/Medical Card).

Book rental fee will be $25 (K-5th) and $30 (6th-8th) per student.
