Anyone who misses registration and needs to register a student AFTER August 4 should visit their child's school office IMMEDIATELY between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: All Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2010. For all students new to the district or who have moved since last school year, parents need to bring proof of residency at their new address. Parents of students NEW to the district must also provide a birth certificate, social security number, health records, and Family Medical Card (if applicable). All Kindergarten, Sixth Grade, and students in athletics must have their appropriate immunizations and a physical. Physicals will be available on-site in the Primary Center Nurse's Office during registration ($15 or Free with Medical Card). Book rental fee will be $25 (K-5th) and $30 (6th-8th) per student.
