Enrollment info: Three to five year olds are eligible to attend Franklin. For center-based programs, a child must be three on or before September 1. Each youngster must complete medical and dental requirements prior to enrollment. Fees/tution: All Franklin Early Childhood programs are free of charge to the families of children who are enrolled. Morning & full-day pupils arrive at 8:00 a.m., while the afternoon session begins at 11:30 a.m. Morning students are dismissed at 11:30 a.m. Afternoon & full-day students are dismissed at 3:00 p.m.
