 School Mission: Mount Vernon City Schools Preschool Program will provide an age appropriate comprehensive early childhood program for 3, 4 and 5-year-old children and their families. The comprehensive program in partnership with the community will meet educational, emotional, social, health, nutritional and psychological needs of children and families. The program will encourage and support family self-sufficiency through staff trainings, parent education and family partnerships.
